Method
Preheat oven to 220°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Heat pot with water over high heat and bring to a boil. Add chicken and poach for 8-10 minutes, until chicken is cooked through.
Prepare ingredients: cut tomatoes into quarters, thinly slice red onion and shred chicken.
Evenly spread tomato basil pasta sauce over wrap and top with chicken, tomato and onion.
Cook in oven for 5-6 minutes.
