Method

  1. Preheat oven to 220°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Heat pot with water over high heat and bring to a boil. Add chicken and poach for 8-10 minutes, until chicken is cooked through.
  3. Prepare ingredients: cut tomatoes into quarters, thinly slice red onion and shred chicken.
  4. Evenly spread tomato basil pasta sauce over wrap and top with chicken, tomato and onion.
  5. Cook in oven for 5-6 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven and top with parmesan and rocket.

*This meal can be stored in an air-tight container and kept in the fridge for 3-4 days.
