From her early days on the gym floor to competing at an elite level for more than fifteen years, Lucinda has been driven by a love of training and a commitment to women’s health. Like many, she once fell into an all-or-nothing mindset, restricting food, chasing the scale, and piling on cardio. Over time, education and experience shifted her focus to smart strength work, macro-aligned nutrition, and routines that fit real life. That change rebuilt her body and mindset, and it’s the same approach she now brings to every client.
Lucinda’s competitive career includes multiple wins on the bodybuilding stage, most recently her victory at the FMG UK Pro Show in Bikini Athletica; a testament to her discipline, precision, and passion for the sport.
With over sixteen years in the industry and credentials including Certificate III & IV in Fitness, Biosignature and PRINT training, and Metabolic Practitioner certification, Lucinda’s mission is to educate and empower women to train with purpose and fuel with confidence.

Nada’s journey into coaching started with her own transformation. A lifelong lover of fitness and sport, she found herself losing touch with her health after becoming a mum and running a business. The turning point came when she realised just how much proper nutrition and guidance could change not only her body, but her confidence, energy, and mindset.
That’s when she met Lucinda, whose mentorship gave her the structure and consistency she’d been missing. With the right guidance, Nada not only transformed her own results but also discovered her passion for helping other women do the same.
Now part of the Evolve With Us coaching team, Nada brings both lived experience and professional expertise to her role. She holds a Biolayne Nutrition Certificate and a Certificate in Training Menopausal & Perimenopausal Women, allowing her to support clients with evidence-based strategies tailored to the unique challenges women face at different life stages.
Passionate, detailed, and deeply empathetic, Nada has a gift for helping women rebuild trust in their bodies. She focuses on education as much as transformation, making sure her clients understand the “why” behind every step. From nutrition to training adjustments, Nada is committed to creating systems that not only work, but last.

From an active childhood to a committed training routine that began in 2019, Steph has always been drawn to movement and the way it builds confidence. What started as a personal love for fitness grew into a purpose: helping people feel strong in their bodies and steady in their minds. Along the way she learned that real progress comes from simple, consistent habits; lifting with intent, eating to fuel, and celebrating small wins that compound over time.
With Certificate III & IV in Fitness, years of hands-on experience across training styles, and mentorship from industry leaders, Steph’s focus is coaching clients to build durable strength, clear technique, and routines they can sustain. “My goal is to help as many people as possible feel happy, healthy, and confident in their own skin. I can’t wait to share what I know and be part of your journey.”
