01Personal read.

Every application is read personally by Lucy or Nick. Never an assistant. Never an automated tool. We read the whole thing.

02Honest recommendation.

We reply within 48 hours with a specific recommendation. Sometimes that's the tier you applied for. Sometimes it's a different tier we think suits better. Sometimes it's "not yet, here's why."

03A real conversation.

If we think we can help, we'll set up a call to talk through the work. No high-pressure sales script. Just a conversation about whether this is the right fit, both ways.
