Identity & performance

Nick Midgley

He's done his own rebuild. Now he runs the framework.

Nick rebuilds the identity beneath the performance. The framework runs sixteen weeks. Sixteen structured modules. Daily accountability. Built from a decade of clinical training, his own rebuild, and the patterns he's watched repeat across hundreds of clients.

The story

How I got here.

I came to this work the long way. Through my own recovery. Through years of clinical training. Through the slow, then sudden, recognition that the people I was working with weren't broken. They were running an old identity in a life that had outgrown it.

The traditional models weren't quite right for what I was watching happen. Therapy on one side, coaching on the other. People needed more structure than therapy offered, and more depth than coaching usually goes.

The Identity Intensive is the framework I built for that gap. Sixteen weeks. Sixteen modules. Daily accountability. It's not a mindset course. It's the structured rebuild of the identity that's been keeping you stuck.

The framework

Identity work, structured.

Identity precedes performance.

You don't out-perform an identity that doesn't believe in itself. Most coaching optimises the surface. Habits. Routines. Mindset hacks. My work goes underneath. Rebuild the identity, and the performance follows.

Structure makes depth possible.

Most identity work is too vague to land. Daily journalling, weekly mindset content. It doesn't compound. The Intensive is built around daily structured tasks that move the work forward in measurable, verifiable ways.

Sixteen weeks is the minimum.

Identity reconstruction isn't a six-week sprint. The framework runs sixteen weeks because that's the floor for change to take hold. Anything shorter is symptom management. Anything longer becomes maintenance.
