Evolve With Us (“we”, “us”, or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you visit our website, sign up for coaching, complete our free tools, or interact with our communications.
This policy is governed by the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). For visitors from the European Union, we also comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
What we collect
We collect personal information that you provide to us directly, including:
- When you apply for coaching: your name, email, phone number, Instagram handle, and the responses you provide in our application form.
- When you complete a free tool: your first name, email, and the answers you provide in our quizzes, calculators, or assessments.
- When you subscribe to our newsletter: your email address.
- When you sign up for the Evolve With Us app: your name, email, payment information (handled securely by our payment processor), and the data you log inside the app (training sessions, nutrition entries, progress notes).
We also collect technical information automatically, including your IP address, browser type, device type, and pages visited. This is collected through analytics tools (see Cookie Policy for more detail).
How we use your information
We use your information to:
- Deliver coaching services you have signed up for.
- Reply to applications and enquiries.
- Send you the personalised result from any free tool you complete.
- Send you emails you have specifically subscribed to (newsletter, nurture sequences).
- Process payments for coaching subscriptions.
- Improve our website and services.
- Comply with our legal obligations.
Who we share your information with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- MyStrengthBook (MSB). Our coaching delivery platform. White-labelled as the Evolve With Us app. MSB processes your account data, training logs, nutrition data, and direct messages with your coach.
- EmailOctopus. Our email service provider. Processes your email address and any tags or custom field data we associate with your account for the purpose of sending the emails you have subscribed to.
- Stripe. Our payment processor. Handles payment information for coaching subscriptions. We do not store payment card details directly.
- Service providers. Limited operational service providers (hosting, analytics) who process data on our behalf under strict confidentiality.
We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.
International transfers
Some of our service providers (including EmailOctopus and MyStrengthBook) may process data outside Australia. Where this happens, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place in line with the Australian Privacy Principles and, where applicable, GDPR requirements.
How we protect your information
We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information, including encrypted data transmission, access controls, and secure payment processing. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Your rights
Under the Australian Privacy Act, you have the right to:
