Every Sunday night, Lucy reviews your week's data, training, nutrition, recovery, mood. Monday morning, you receive a video walking you through what worked, what didn't, and what to adjust.

Throughout the week, you train to the plan, log everything in the app, and message Lucy directly whenever a question comes up. No 24-hour wait for a reply. No buried thread.
