Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Evolve With Us website, the Evolve With Us app (powered by MyStrengthBook), our coaching services, and any related content or communications.

By accessing our website, signing up for any of our services, or completing any of our free tools, you agree to these terms.

Evolve With Us is operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME, to be confirmed by client] trading as Evolve With Us. Our coaching services are delivered by Lucy Keily and Nick Midgley.

We offer four coaching tiers:

• The Foundation. Self-directed coaching at $29 per week, delivered through the Evolve With Us app.
• The Blueprint. Custom coaching with Lucy Keily at $90 per week.
• The Build. Premium coaching with Lucy Keily at $150 per week.
• The Identity Intensive. 16-week programme with Nick Midgley at $3,000 (self-directed) or $9,000 (1-on-1).

Pricing is in Australian Dollars (AUD) and subject to GST where applicable.

The Blueprint, The Build, and The Identity Intensive require an application through our website. Applications are reviewed personally by Lucy or Nick and we reserve the right to decline applications that we do not believe are a good fit.

Coaching subscriptions are billed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise recurring billing at the frequency stated for your tier (weekly for The Foundation, The Blueprint, and The Build).

The Identity Intensive is a one-time payment of $3,000 or $9,000.

You can manage your subscription through your account in the Evolve With Us app or by contacting us directly.

The Foundation. Cancel anytime. No lock-in. Subscription stops at the end of the current week.

The Blueprint and The Build. 12-week minimum commitment. Cancellations within the first 7 days qualify for a full refund. After day 7, cancellation takes effect at the end of the 12-week cycle.

The Identity Intensive. 14-day refund window from the start of the programme if you have not yet engaged with the programme content. After day 14, no refunds are available.

These terms are in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which may not be excluded.

Our coaching services are designed to support your physical and identity-level work. They are not medical, psychological, or therapeutic services.

Before starting any new physical training programme, you should consult with a qualified medical practitioner, particularly if you have pre-existing health conditions, are pregnant, or have any concerns about your physical capacity.

Identity-level coaching with Nick Midgley is not psychological therapy. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, suicidal ideation, or symptoms of serious mental illness, seek support from a qualified clinician or crisis service (in Australia: Lifeline 13 11 14).

Results from any of our coaching tiers vary based on individual circumstances, commitment, and effort. We do not guarantee specific outcomes.

The Evolve With Us app is powered by MyStrengthBook and operates under the terms of MyStrengthBook's platform agreement, which we make available on request. Your use of the app must comply with both these Terms of Service and the MyStrengthBook platform terms.

All content on the Evolve With Us website and within the Evolve With Us app, including but not limited to articles, training programmes, nutrition frameworks, identity modules, video content, and methodology, is the intellectual property of Lucy Keily, Nick Midgley, or Evolve With Us, and is protected by copyright.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from this content without prior written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Evolve With Us, Lucy Keily, Nick Midgley, and our service providers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

This limitation does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which include rights that cannot be excluded.

Our free tools (The Consistency Reset, Body Recomposition Calculator, Operator Assessment, Identity Audit) are provided for informational and educational purposes only. They are not personalised coaching, medical advice, or psychological assessment. The results are general indications based on the information you provide.

By providing your email through any of our forms, you consent to receive emails related to the specific service or tool you signed up for. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link at the bottom of any email.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services for users who breach these Terms of Service, engage in abusive behaviour, or whose conduct disrupts the community.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Queensland.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
